"High end hotel for Havelock, no wifi in the rooms, wake up call at 0810 (not pre booked) for breakfast. Pasta salad at Dinner wasnt pasta salad but pasta with vegetables in white sauce with cheese. "The property advertises amenities that it doesn't provide (the manager says they are planning to provide them in the future), which is unprofessional. They advertise laundry facilities, gym, terrace, swimming pool (swimming pool was present but had dirty water) but do not deliver. I made the booking through Expedia (and was promised Free Breakfast) but was declined by the hotel. The manager of the hotel was also very unaccommodative, and stayed adamant. "The location of the hotel is really lovely and pleasant on the shores of the beach/sea, but the rooms given to us were in conditions, worth for zero rating on any count, except the sitout area. But the staff are good and very responsive. The restaurant and the breakfast was just o.k. We booked online two rooms called VIP rooms. But in the hotel management view, that might be ' VIP = Very Inferior People'. That was the conditions of the rooms we were allocated. Nothing more to say on it. Against...
