"This hotel is one of the best choice for stay at Havelock. I booked a room with pool view (recommended), it was spacious, clean, very good interiors, good AC, and had big bathroom with bathtub. "The location of the hotel is really lovely and pleasant on the shores of the beach/sea, but the rooms given to us were in conditions, worth for zero rating on any count, except the sitout area. But the staff are good and very responsive. The restaurant and the breakfast was just o.k. We booked online two rooms called VIP rooms. "Old hotel in need of a refurbishment, occasional power cuts, dated rooms. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more a decent 3 star hotel (but hotel also cheaper than normal 5 star hotels). Staff does not have a can do attitude, quite the oppositeand not very useful. Breakfast very basic but ok. Food in restaurant was good. "

"Very pretty spot , well looked after by staff. Room very clean, and restaurant served good food. The beach is 5 mins walk away. Nice verandah to sit out on with cane furniture. Only thing we think could improve is the bed was very hard, and more pillows would be nice. "
