After about 5 attempts they finally picked up the phone and they give me the information which they supposed to do at least 24 hours before our arrival. No apologies or anything like that, it sounded like this is normal and I've seen other gests having the same problem. "This is a very quiet property, and each "little house" is set so that you have privacy. The interior is very small - perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child - but we did end up putting our suitcases back in the car so we'd have a little more floor space.
