A Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, the food was delicious, and the accommodations were of the highest quality. The private pool provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. Adding a patio heater near the pool would be a great enhancement for cooler evenings. Overall, a fantastic experience—we highly recommend it!

Spectacular Getaway

Fabulous. Gorgeous hotel, spectacular views, amazing amenities. Genius to locate this hotel on the Ramon "crater". Architecture, pools, simply outstanding. From the front desk, to the golf carts, to the spa staff, 10 out of 10. My only suggestion would be to provide more information--in English--on how to access the bell boys and golf carts and to provide more beverages/snacks in the rooms.
