Our stay was very comfortable and accommodating. While we were there, there were multiple conferences going on,but customer service NEVER disappointed. We were always tended to with pleasant service.

Suburban Studios Raleigh - Crabtree Valley
Room 129...The room was very old, smelled like cigarettes when I asked for non smoking room, bathroom door had holes in it. Shower faucet half worked. Bed was ok, floor was clean. Lights worked, ac worked. They demanded $100 deposit to be returned in 7 business days.

Breakfast not included, 22 dollars per person, super expensive. One microwave for all floors and rooms, you canget 20 dollars microwave for each room. Holding 150 dollars for incidentals will take 5 days to be refunded. You got to pay for parking. Bad experience, poor quality, not at hilton quality. ...
