"Wow! What a hotel, from the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left, everything was superb. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them, greeting you at the door and collecting your luggage, parking your car, a hello and a smile from everyone you met. Our room was excellent, large comfy bed, lovely bathroom with a loo that lifted its own lid and had a heated seat, which my wife thought was wonderful! "Plenty of parking next to hotel room. In my case I could see my motorcycle from the hotel window. Large well appointed clean room with excellent en suite. Lovely views over surrounding hills. "Stayed 3 nights to visit events in Harrogate. Super clean hotel in excellent condition, pet friendly with plenty of grassy areas to walk out dog on a leash. Being located on a service area there are numerous food outlets Greggs, Costa Coffee, Cornish Pastie Co, M&S Foods, etc). We had an accessible room as my wife had just had foot surgery, so she found the accessible shower room ideal, with plenty of grab bars. The bed was large and very comfortable for us.
