"The staff were all great and breakfast and the restaurant were fine but the rooms and common areas need refreshing. Having said that the beds were comfortable just an overall tired feeling about the place."

"This was an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms, great staff. Only thing missing was being able to access Netflix, etc."

"Wonderful staff - can’t wait to visit again after renovations!"

Dancing and music in restaurant back room until around 10:30 p.m. Some noise with both in our room, but not as bad as I feared. * Rooms and facilities were clean. * Staff were friendly and helpful. * Food at restaurant was quite good. Breakfast included in room rate, included continental and hot breakfast. It was quite good. * Hotel right in town. ...

This is where the hotel shines, as well as having lovely views across the bay. Also front desk staff was lovely and had a small fridge brought to our room when we enquired about refrigerators. We had breakfast included and it was very satisfying with typical full Irish breakfast choices, plus cereal, toast, yoghurt...

"The accommodations were very good, close to restaurants and such. I would definitely stay here again."

"One of my favourite places I’ve stayed in the last year. Beautiful, comfortable and so very hospitable. Fabulous breakfast, special location and ice places to eat a five minute drive away. We sat by the fire each evening."

"Beautiful breakfast spread"

"Menlo Park was a lovely hotel….very clean, great room, and close to everything. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was one of the best meals we had on our whole trip. The staff were all so friendly & accommodating. They definitely went over and above. Would absolutely stay there again."

"perfect area of galway to stay. it was right in the heart of the shops and pubs. no lift so be mindful of how much luggage you have, it’s a bit of a maze to get to the rooms. overall, perfect stay for our trip"

"Beautiful, clean and close to all the action of downtown Galway. The restaurant had a nice menu selection and overall staff were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great place to set your compass for a visit to Galway."
