"大変お勧めの宿泊施設です。 アパートメントのベッドルームを借用するタイプの宿泊施設で、キッチン・ダイニング・リビング・ランドリー室も共用スペースとして使えます。バス・トイレはベッドルームに付いています。 とても清潔でセキュリティがしっかりしています。バス・トイレ・照明・クローゼット等々の設備も上等です。昼間は英語を話せるハウスキーパーの方が居り安心です。朝食付きプランの場合はそのハウスキーパーの方が朝食を準備してくれます。私が宿泊したのは高層階だったので眺望も抜群でした。 場所はコロンボフォート駅から南へ２.５ｋｍ程。近くにガンガーラーマ寺院やコロンボシティセンターというショッピングモールがあり、またシナモンガーデンズ地区にも近いので何かと便利です。 （注意ポイント）チェックインは、建物１階のロビーで管理者と待ち合わせて手続きする方式です。事前に管理者から待ち合わせ時間の問合せメールが来ます。予約時に登録した電子メールアドレスを使って、現地で電子メールのやり取りができる様に準備する必要はあります。"

"We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

"AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "

"This is nice property with upgraded room and bathroom. The infinity pool is amazing. Location is great. Great choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Live station was good. Already cooked meals were ok. Need to improve the taste a little. Working crew can add little bit more character by smiling and making the morning better for the visitors.
