"AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!"
