"Senior staff poor interaction with us. Windows had handprints on No clear information at check in. Disorganised staff at breakfast. Anticipating a served breakfast not a buffet’. Saw menu but not out. Luke warm water for tea! Rubbish."

"So we stayed at the st Pierre hotel, it was five minute walk to the new miller dam , we loved the hotel for its value for money , room was clean and hotel was also , Elmo does a great cooked breakfast and we could choose what we wanted , the staff were very friendly , and we above and beyond to help . "Very disappointing, definitely not a 5 star! Checked in, staff member was unsure of systems, manager had to assist ( not a big problem, but staff member wasnt really friendly) Was then directed to an annex building across the road. Had to walk out in the sleet, got to room and it was so basic, gave vibes of a hostel/retirement home! Gym and spa is another building away and then charged £20 per visit! Not obvious when booking. Restaurant is a separate building again, so back out in 1° rain and sleet. Didnt feel safe as a single female in the annex building, no key required to get into building and on the ground floor. Realised then that the receptionist pre authorised by card £200 rather than £100, was told I would have to wait until checkout 2 days layer and then it could yake a few more days. I travel twice or three times a moth for work, wouldn't stsy here again. Infact I left after the firstbl hour and booked a premier 10mins down the road!"

"Very easy to find. Lovely host Sarah. 2 friendly dogs, Frank n Nim. So relaxing, a small cosy Conversion which is Very clean. Pub/restaurant a short walk via the village. Other restaurants a short drive. "
