"Luis and his family, have created a wonderful place to escape to nature. Modern style cabins with beautiful rustic location at the top of a picturesque mountain, from where you have an amazing view of the city both at day and night. Delicious homemade food, the warmest people, with high standard of quality and hospitality. The cabins have chimneys and the staff will set the fire for you if you need it. Awesome stay. I will definitely remember this cozy cabin forever! "

"I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. "

"My friend and I stayed at this location for a Saturday night while visiting Latacunga. The hotel is nice, but is located next to a discotec. Music from the disco could be heard clearly in our room. The music lasted until about 5AM. We were both unable to sleep. The shower had semi-hot water. For the price was paid for this, I was expecting a lot more than what we received. Definitely not going to stay here ever again."
