Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Only negative is the noise- lots of hotel noise and street noise. Hotel provides earplugs for a reason.

Well situated in Baños, friendly staff when there and great breakfast. The only issue, no warm water to take a well deserved shower at the end of the day.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not the same as shown in the pictures, and several basic amenities were missing, including a hair dryer, tissues, and bottled water. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel is very noisy due to street traffic and people partying and drinking until around 3 a.m. The noise could be heard very clearly inside the room, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Additionally, the front desk staff leave early, so if you need assistance during the night, it is unclear who you can contact for help. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and nice. However, the lack of basic amenities, excessive noise, and limited nighttime assistance made the overall experience disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to light sleepers or anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Zeer beghulpzaam personeel.
