"We stay at Best Western’s when traveling all over the US. Without a doubt, Eufaula staff was the best staff we’ve encountered. They were attentive, professional and responded quickly to any request with a smile. The room was clean and the housekeepers cleaned again on our third day. The air conditioner was on and cool when we checked in. The best shower pressure of any hotel we’ve stayed in. We will stay again when we’re in Eufaula and recommend to our friends and relatives. Shout-out to an outstanding staff ‼️"

"This place needs to be updated. It is tired. The elevator sounds like it is on its last legs, no rack for suitcase. Breakfast was ok but not great. We expected more for the price."

"We booked because they supposedly had a pool and spa. Pool area was locked for good reason. It looked like a cess pool. After driving 10 hours we were looking forward to relaxing in the spa. If it's not in service let people know so they can have options."

"Being that close to a lake that host major fishing tournament's you would think yall would have accommodations for the boat with places to plug in and charge boats and have somewhat of a kid friendly environment while adults play at the casino. Food was medicore and you have to walk your kid to the bathroom because they cant walk thru the casino. And the hotel wont accept cash for room payment BUT you will take cash at casino and at restaurant. We will never stay there again."
