Well lets start with the Lobby and parking lot. Gross. Trash everywhere and noticeable bugs and flies. Sticky wet oil dropped filled parking lot with trash all over the place. BUGS BUGS BUGS. I woke up everyday to new bugs. DONT STAY HERE. TERRIBLE!

First room we were put was filthy and had dead bugs on the floor. Pulled back the sheet from the bed and it looked like someone had slept there and they didn’t change the bedding. Called front desk, told him the issues and he deep sighs on the phone, clearly annoyed, he said he would give us a different room. He didn’t even check to see if that room was clean. Lots of dead bugs, the bedding on both beds were worse than the first room. The air conditioner has an issue, it was loud and would turn and then off. Made a clanging noises. Pictures on Expedia misrepresent what condition this hotel is really in. We just left and went to another hotel. Lesson learned, read all reviews or stick to Hilton hotels. Oh and booking in the car at night, 17 miles away, choose the hotel at the top with a high rating, clearly they either rating themselves or using a bot. $85 dollar lesson learned.

Staff was friendly but the room was very unclean. It was tidy and had clearly been cleaned by the calking in the bathroom had mold/mildew growing and there were several water damage spots in the ceiling and walls plus a stain in the comforter.

We chose this place because of higher ratings and price and provided pictures, all turned out to be illusions. The rooms opened to the outside with large gaps under the doors that let bugs in. The rooms had dead bugs, other debris on the floors, toilet seat had diarrhea on inside seat lid and underneath, and dust everywhere as well as spattering all over the mirror. In the 2nd room things weren't any better with piles of dead bugs and live spiders around windows. Obviously the staff does not clean... the only positive was that the Bed was comfortable. I'm a tolelerant uncomplaining person normally, but this place was filthy (and in more than one room) and I have to let others know... DON'T STAY HERE!

Checked in late. First room had a bug in it and floor was dirty. Manager was nice and gave us another room.The room had some surface dusty, but clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Cereal, packaged cinnamon coffee cake, coffee, juice. Ate at steakhouse closeby only option except if you wanted to drive again.

Great Stay - We will be back!

We are in the area frequently because of family. We have tried most hotel/motel properties in the area and find the nicest properties have rates higher than we want to pay. This was the nicest property we've ever seen at this price range. We were very happy with this hotel.The staff was responsive to our requests. Rooms were clean; the bed and bedding were comfortable. The room furnishings seem very new. We will definitely stay here in the future. The parking areas are extremely well lit at night which we love. This hotel has easier access on and off of Hwy 69 than the majority of the properties on the hwy. This is our new favorite hotel in McAlester!!

Overall Stay was good, stayed 1 night we encountered a roach upon entering room but it was already dead, and upon waking up for our checkout we found another roach which had died and was not there the night before. We suspect it was the fact that the gap between the door and the floor is pretty open. Overall quality of everything else was decent, never tried the breakfast though, only real issue I could see is small towels but it’s not a huge dealbreaker overall decent value for money.

First room we were given gad dried blood stains on the duvet. Moved rooms and the second room was cleaner but NOT clean. The toilet had dried pee left on the rim. Hair everywhere. The staff absolutely gave no cares about the cleanliness of the place, was rude with me when i called it out. But the worst of all was the so called continental breakfast! Stale cereal and old bagels. Gross. Absolutely will NEVER book here again
