"The room was smaller than I anticipated. Staff were very accommodating and helpful to our requests - they listened and addressed immediately. Granted we only stayed overnight but we did not bring any swim clothes as the website in Expedia said the pool is not available - we should've asked."

"I’ll start by saying that every time we walked in the lobby they were mopping the floors. So needless to say it was spotless! The room and bathroom were also very clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Microwave & Fridge were clean as well. À/C worked great. Nice view from top floor. Very quiet. Good parking. Check in was easy, quick and staff were nice and helpful. Location was great, super easy to find, close to restaurants & shopping. Breakfast was okay. Not much variety but enough to choose from and be okay to start the day. Typical hotel breakfast. They have cookies every night at the lobby. Fun little treat for the kids! Check out was also easy and quick. Overall good stay, happy we chose Springhill from all the other options around."
