"El personal del front desk un desastre, nunca en mi vida me había tocado un servicio tan malo. Sin disposición a solucionar problemas, poco atentos, aparte que cobran doble , me cobraron un Iva de una habitacion mas cara, no dan factura, cero confiables. No recomendable. Por otro lado, el servicio de OneKey de Expedia es una estafa, la letra chica es una negociacion con el hotel, al final uno paga mas a traves de OneKey. Malo el hotel y el servicio pésimo Expedia, me sentí estafado. Lo unico bueno el desayuno."
