It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment? Thanks a lot.

Quisiéramos un reembolso de esa noche ya que nos tuvimos que retirar del hotel y pagar una noche en otro hotel ya que las sábanas tenían pelos, se salía el agua del inodoro por la parte del piso, olía mucho a cloro, una alfombra súper sucia. Poca iluminación.
