Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Tienen vidrios dobles en las ventanas para aislar el ruido de la calle, pero entre las habitaciones se escuchan los otros huéspedes. La alberca fue una desilusión total. En las fotos se ve muy bonita y por eso nos decidimos por este hotel, pero no cuentan con calefacción y el agua estaba muy fría, además se veía sucia. Ni siquiera estaba en el nivel correspondiente, se veía hasta la marca de que el agua estaba muy abajo. En general los empleados son muy amables, en todo momento nos trataron bien y la comida del restaurante nos gustó.

llegue a la hora de mi reserva, la habitación no estaba disponible y tuve que esperar, cuando me dieron acceso, note que no había, ni jabones, ni toallas: A la mañana siguiente de mi alojamiento siendo las 9.15 am la camarera toco la puerta e inmediatamente quiso abrir la puerta con brusquedad aun cuándo estaba puesto el colgante de no molestar. el pasillo de acceso elevadores, con goteras y pisos encharcados.

Calidad en franca caída

Quinta vez que me quedo en este hotel, regresaba porque era de buena calidad por el precio que cobran. Pero en esta ocasión las habitaciones olían horrible por un canal de aguas negras que hay detrás. Lo reporté dos veces durante mi estancia. tampoco funcionaba bien las llave mezcladora de la regadera. Lo peor fue que cuando le reporté esto a la gerente de forma muy amable al finalizar mi estancia, ella prácticamente me acuso de mentiroso, por que dijo que había mandado a su personal a arreglar y no le informaron del olor. Ni una disculpa me ofreció. No lo recomiendo

Horrible olor de cuarto

Las habitaciones huelen horrible, a alcantarilla. La regadera no tiene un buen control de la temperatura del agua, o helada o hirviendo, es dificil bañarse. Las toallas y ropda de cama ya está muy descuidado. Tuve problemas con la llave del cuarto en repetidas ocasiones. Hace un par de años nos habíamos hospedado varias veces ahí y ningún problema, lo han descuidado mucho.

Mala experiencia

Muy mal. La regadera del baño es imposible regular lo caliente o lo frío. El hotel en general huele muy mal por el desagüe y el canal de aguas negras que hay detrás. El bufet no tiene nada de sabor y en general la cocina no es buena. Las condiciones generales del hotel son malas y descuidado.

El personal y el servicio de parte de ellos fue excelente. El hotel en si me decepciono, les falta arreglar mas los cuartos. Se ven obscuros al igual que los pasillos. Me cuarto no funcionaba la chapa y se batalla con la agua en la regadera. Puede mejorar mucho el mantenimiento.
