"What a surprising airport hotel. I did not expect it. The room was very spacious. Surprisingly big really. The bathroom was rather contemporary and clean. Room was quiet. The shuttle to the airport goes around the clock (or at least when I needed it for a small fee). I won definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Was in the area on business. Nice, clean, decent sized room and en-suite shower room. Friendly welcoming staff. Only had breakfast in the restaurant so can’t comment on evening food but my full English breakfast was lovely. Only very minor downside is the lack of on site customer parking but I used a local car park across the road which was free overnight and reasonable rates at other times. Would come back again"

"We have been staying at The Feathers fairly frequently over the past 5 years, as it is very close to where our family live. The hotel accommodation is very basic, but adequate for our needs. On this last visit we were appalled that when returning to our room after a day out, it had not been made up or cleaned. This is not the first time this has happened. "Clean, simple space, walk to train, friendly staff."

"Only two reasons for not getting 5 stars; no plug sockets by the bed… why? Had to charge my phone across the room. They had USB sockets but not all devises use USB! The second reason is the shuttle is £4 each way… I think that’s too much. Apart from these things though, great hotel. It’s clean and modern. The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely room, clean and a homey feel to it. The bed is a superking size and super comfy!! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We only had a light breakfast, which included lots of choices (cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit etc). We would definitely recommend Orchard house!"
