"Had a room reserved but when we got there the room was so hot it was ridiculous. I asked to get a different room and it was no better..I asked if they had A\C and she said no I said well you better take that off the website stating they do..FALSE ADVERTISING at its finest. And to top it off they wouldn’t give my money back.We went to a different hotel. Will not be back! So if your looking for a room with A/C especially in the summer this is not the place!"

"The Best Western was a great property for our family. The room was large and comfortable, the pool was a great getaway for the kids and the gym was larger with lots of equipment. The only downside was the lock on the pool door didn’t work and the gym hadn’t been cleaned. We lived the food and the kitchen staff we very accommodating. Would stay again."

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, even above some of the 5 star hotels I've been a guest at previously. Everything was so clean and nice. The room was gorgeous with rolling black out curtains, which I loved, and lots of windows, the bathroom was big and the bed was super comfy. "The property is run down. The cleaning is to occur every three days. There was no exchange of towels and certainly no vacuuming. There was a wad of crusty tissue in the bed side table drawer. The two gentlemen at the front desk the next morning could not be bothered to deal with the issue and told me to come back when the manager was in. The afternoon lady on the front desk offered a new room, I declined and she said a deep clean would be done the next day.

"Room door did not lock, the elevator was always dirty (spilt coffee one day, yogurt the next morning), TV did not work, multiple charges on card the next morning with different costs, asked for late check out for 12 noon which reception said was okay, someone opened our door around 11 am, breakfast was not the best (missing items that are typically there), staff seemed unhappy to be in hospitality industry. Over all not the best experience there’s better places to stay for better or same prices"
