The room was much more smaller than we expected with the door almost touching the bed. The pictures did not show the room as that small.
The receptionist lady was very rude when we called her because our flush was not working. When it started working after she came, she was quite rude to us asking why we called her even though it was working. Obviously, we would not have called if it had been working. The lady also told us that parking would be free and we can ask for a pass but when we asked the next day, they first said they have no parking available and then callex again to say if we want parking, we have to 25$. Crazy hiked up prices!
Overall, did not have the best customer service here but the location was convenient and walkable to every spot on our trip list.
