"Staff was very helpful and forthcoming. Nice plus when they are fluent in French, English and in Spanish, as was our experience. The hotel room was quite clean overall with fresh white bedlinen, but there were some spots or areas that had been missed or needed more attention: dirty walls and entrance and bathroom doors where there appeared to have been what resembled coffee spills left unwiped ; inadequate safety room door locks needing replacement; night table lights not working. Details which impede given a score of excellence."
