"Excellent location, spacious room, lovely bathroom and the Bistro for breakfast was great."

"Great location in Upper QC."

"The hotel is well situated for visiting most of the city’s key attractions. We had several issues with our room, but the staff fixed them once we reported them. The drinks served at the hotel bar were excellent."

"Super service à la clientèle étant donné mon petit souci."

"Vérifier les personnes si c est 3 personnes .ca prendre 3 sets de serviettes"

"The place clean and good location but the only issues is the lady in the dinning section was rude and shamed my sister for taking her muffin she couldn’t finish with her, stood at the middle of the room and yelling out for everyone to hear. As a good customer service agent you can walk up to the person and have a word instead of yelling out. Everyone is nice."

"Our room was so hot we couldn’t sleep and the temperature was not able to be controlled"

"Great room. Great location. We walked to nearby restaurants and through old town"

"amazing experience!"

"There was black rotten mildew in the bathroom - wow really not nice"

"I will definitely book again. Thanks."

"Bien sans plus."
