"Not very well located"

"Stayed at Vagabond Boutique Hotel for one week mid June with my elderly mother (73). Would like to praise the staff, from start to finish they were always helpful and welcoming even when there was sometimes a language barrier. Our room was large enough for us for the week, lovely large bathroom, the softest most comfortable bed and an amazing balcony that looked directly out on the strip (to add, the double glazing is 5* couldn't hear a peep). Housekeeping kept our towels fresh and frequent...

"Stylish modern hotel with friendly and responsive staff in every department. Excellently positioned with easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, beach, old town and railway station. Front office staff management succeded in following every request pertaining to the 3 rooms we were allocated and all reception staff friendly and obliging throughout. My mother has mobility restrictions so the well apportioned, meticulously prepared rooms with walk-in shower, suited our needs...

"The hotel was ok. Great location. Rooms need updates/upgrades. Breakfast could definitely use some love, No hot options and no made to order eggs. The gentleman during check in was very helpful. However, the lady at the front desk during breakfast hours was horrible. She didn't smile and her reply to my questions felt forced. Her demeanor felt like she just wants to be left alone. Hospitality industry needs folks who are good with people. We expect better."

"Struttura molto confortevole e pulita. Situata sulla spiaggia, non si può chiedere di meglio. Alla reception un giovane, davvero professionale che si prodiga per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Colazione molto buona e varia, comprensiva anche del salato oltre che del dolce. Ho chiesto delle uova strapazzate con prosciutto e formaggio e mi dono state preparate in modo impeccabile.
