"This hotel was in a great location and very walkable to the town center, the train station, restaurants, shopping and all the amazing monuments and attractions in Ravenna. Our room was quite small, but very clean. Parking was across the street in a lot."

"Pros: close to city centre, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Cons: the room/bed was extremely uncomfortable. We both woke up with tons of back pain, it was like sleeping on a pull out couch. I woke up multiple times in the night as the room was also very hot. The room was very dated, although clean. If rooms get updated, I would recommend. Otherwise, I would not return."

"Stayed 1 night before taking a cruise. We took a train from Bologna and walked from the train station to the hotel. It was not difficult and we would absolutely stay here again. We took the stairs to our room except to take the luggage up, it is a very small elevator but a great memory. The room and bed were small by US standards but the bathroom was a very good size and the bed was comfortable. I loved that our windows opened to a courtyard. Everyone we had contact with at the hotel was helpful...

"The rooms were clean, good amenities. The staff was very friendly. Expedia shoild have given us the option to include breakfast. We took the bus and then hauled our luggage up the very long trek to the hotel. We were not informed that the hotel could have picked up the luggage and bring it to our hotel. We used their service when we left."
