"Great stay and easy access to beach and restaurants."

"We only stayed the one night, and it was really just a “pit stop” before we went on a cruise out of Ravenna. The hotel is very close to the train station (as we came down from Venice), and our room included a transfer to the port. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice, but we weren’t impressed with the room. The beds were very hard and there was no character to the room. Also, the WiFi was terrible."

"Hotel was okay, cleanliness was suspect. Bedsheets smelled a bit. First room had smoke in it, so had to request a change of room. Customer service was just okay, a bit rude at times, but managable. Can't say enjoyed the stay here. Won't stay again for sure."

"Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Just one note: if you are driving into town, be sire to confirm parking situation with front desk. We weren’t given a parking permit upon check in (and didn’t know we needed one), so we ended up parking far away after driving around and looking for parking for some time. The permitted parking for registered guests is actually just a short walk away. Otherwise, the hotel is a short walk from the train station and...

"This property has a few quirks, but was absolutely charming. The family running it are super nice and the breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here."

"The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the center of the old town. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The host was very helpful and friendly. We could not have asked for anything better!"

"The ONLY thing wrong with this hotel is the A/C units (at least in the 3rd floor deluxe rooms). They put out cold air, but have a wooden shroud on them that blocks air flow. The A/C unit is right up against the panoramic window which was very warm on a hot day and drew all the cold air away from the room. The room never got cool. Everything else was completely exceptional."
