"We stayed at the Mountain Exposure Luxury Chalets for 3 nights. It was a beautiful chalet, very spacious, clean & tidy. The views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn from our balcony were breathtaking. Meeting the concierge to pick up the keys was very easy, he coordinated the evening before so everything was organized. Great location for Zermatt train station, Gornergrat train and the Matterhorn Gondola ride. Highly recommend."

"Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. "

"House Venus 2 was comfortable for our family of 8. Beds were cozy, kitchen was functional to make meals, and the location was perfect to walk around and explore Zermatt. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station with luggage. We enjoyed eating and playing games around the dining table and relaxing on the balcony with views of the Matterhorn! "

"Very nice stay, room comes with everything you need and more. great friendly staff a family owned place. Full kitchen is well equipped and washer/dryer in lobby work very well. Very close to lift and close to nightlife/food. Also for the price it was extremely affordable considering we got a view of Matterhorn from our room. Will definitely stay here again if I’m blessed with the opportunity to come to Zermatt again. "

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"Fabulous view of the Matterhorn and Zermatt. Very comfortable quiet unit with large terrace, well stocked kitchen and large TV with good selection of channels. There were a few issues. The bathtub had hair and was filthy and needed to be scrubbed. The journey from the train station is all uphill so anyone with medical issues could have major problems. Taxis are very expensive (30-35 CHF) one way for a relative short distance. There is an elevator that takes you to town partway down the hill but...
