ホテルマンの対応は素晴らしく、近場のレストランの紹介や空港までのリムジンの手配など積極的に対応して頂いた。ホテルの内装も綺麗で、掃除も行き届いて居たが、バスタブの栓が開かない、閉まらないなど修繕を必要とする箇所があった。

1. 위치 공항에서 택시 200元 2.칭다오 시내 갈때 호텔뒤 3번 버스 타고 잔교 40분 2元 3.리셉션 남자 직원 영어 가능 여직원 파파고 틀어도 소통불가 4. 조식 현지식 거부감 없다면 대만족 5. 가격 조식포함 6만원 수준 6. 층이 높아 시티뷰 오션뷰 모두 좋음, 시티뷰 예약했는데 오션뷰 줌 7.주변 이온마트 좋음, 나머지 쇼핑센터 볼거 살거 전혀 없음 근처 현지식당 값싸고 맛있음 이온마트 2층에 한식당 있는데 한국음식 본적도 없는 주방장이 만든듯 극적 없는 음식 나옴 아이스아메리카노 마시고 싶어 스타벅스 감 한국과 가격 동일

Superb except for location

칭다오에 위치한 호텔이 아니라 황다오라는 근교에 위치하고 있습니다. 처음에는 호텔 다시 잡아야 될 줄 알았는데 잔교에서 버스로 약 40분 거리여서 일정 내내 잘 지냈네요 저렴한 가격에 아주 잘 머물다 갔습니다. 방 상태도 아주 좋았고 같은 건물에 백화점과 근처에 네온몰, 까르푸 모두 있어서 쇼핑하는데도 좋았네요 ㅎㅎ 호텔에다가 공항 셔틀 불러달라고하면 카풀 불러줍니다. 공항까지 약 한시간 20분 정도 소요됩니다. 가격은 80위안! It isn’t located in tsingdao but huangdao.. You have to take bus to get this hotel. It will take about 40mins. Except for location, everything was superb. Shopping malls were so close to hotel and room service was awesome. Staffs call uber to airport for 80ymb. It took about an hour.

The staffs are wonderful. They made feel like at home. The boy works at the concierge. He helped me a lot for booking train tickets and taxi. I really appreciate and would like to say thank you to everyone working in this hotel.

Very conveniently located with 4 malls, 2 cinemas and many local eateries around. 15 mins walk away from the long stretch of beautiful bayfront. Very helpful staffs, but breakfast spread is limited and coffee machine broke down. Should provide better quality ground coffee too.

家族で4泊しました。ホテル全体は清潔で部屋の掃除も行き届いていて、受付の方やスタッフの方方々は親切で、快適な滞在でした。４階にある中華レストランも値ごろ感があり美味しいです。立地もよく、隣にデパートがあり、道の向こうに日系のスーパーイオンがあってとても便利です。

Great for business trip

Had a business trip to Huangdao recently. The overall experience was great. Room was clean and bed was comfort. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great..lots choice. The location is very convenient to shopping mall and local restaurants. The only suggestion is to provide iron for each room. I would like to stay here next time.

Overall stay was good

Hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I had issues checking in but only because my flight into Qingdao was delayed and I arrived early the next morning (1am) but the gentleman at the front desk was able to fix my reservation and get me into a beautifully big room. Overall stay was good with only a few concerns/issues. Pros - The bathroom was large with a nice stand up shower with a separate bath tub. - The room was extremely roomy with plenty of extra space to feel at home. - The bed was comfortable - There were plenty of breakfast options including a few western ones. - The view was good Cons - The tempature in the room stayed hot and I was unable to cool it down. - I kept finding live bugs in the room, one even on the bed! I recommend wearing shoes in the room always. - There are no conveinent power outlets near the bed. The ones that were did not work. - There was a USB outlet near the desk when I checked in, I had a power cord inserted in it when I went out to my business meetings. When I returned my cord had been unplugged and the USB jack was covered up by a plate that could not be removed!

辦理入住手續的感覺可以, 但辦理退房手續的感覺就太差了. 當時, 前台只有一位男職員, 他好似不會說話的, 人客到前台就好似假設是退房. 看看電腦記錄, 就說你可以走了, 但按金要等客房檢查後沒問題才可以退回信用咭. 真奇怪!!! 客人走了, 客房之後發生什麼事, 客人無法當場確認, 對客人絕對不公平. 這個做法有沒有違法呢??? 如果客人是以現金為按金, 是不是要客人下次再回來取回按金??? 本來整個住宿過程都是可以的, 但是棋差一著, 酒店放了一位不懂接待的前台職員....
