Western Village Inn & Casino by Peppermill Resorts
6/10 Okay
"Wifi didn't work last 4 days I was there. In room coffee was good.Carpet was stained and probably should be replaced. Casino smelled of heavy smoke and obviously was not well ventilated. Would not be my choice If I visited again. "
"Ask for floor 17th it has 2 elevator systems accessing it vs only one for all the other floors. Rooms clean elevators working. The silver legacy has larger single night rooms and expedia had the lowest single night room stay price vs several other sites and the hotels direct. Beds were great toiletries very nice mini fridge and view great. It will be our first choice upon return. Note gelato and very dmall pastry store near elevators in lobby of legacy casino. Quiet checkin-out off main hall between the 3 interlocked casino legacy in the middle with circus to north and el dorado to south "
"The room was horrible for a Wyndham property. My husband and I were appalled upon entry into the room. Sadly, there was nowhere else to go that night. The sheets and pillow cases were supposed to be white, but looked dull and dirty like they had not been washed in weeks. The comforter was no better. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing sheets and pillow cases that we placed directly on top of the bedding. No comforter was used. The bathroom towels (2), wash cloth (1) and hand towel (1) looked like the bedding. Absolutely disgusting. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was a non-smoking room. The furniture was beat up. The floor boards looked like they had not been cleaned in years. Neither of us used the shower!! The room/bathroom was HORRIBLE as was the overall condition of the property. BBQs and lawn chairs outside of the rooms! The provided breakfast was a joke. We will never stay here again or recommend to others. Wyndham please take a look at this property. This represents your company. "
"Food prices have gone up since last fall. Room prices doubled since last fall. The casino is basically over charging for everything. I have been going there over forty years and no justification for the prices."
"There was nothing in the kitchen, no coffee maker of any kind, and no hair dryer. I would at least expect a coffee maker and a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, but TV was too small for the room and was hard to see from the beds. I really wanted to love this place so we could come back again and again, but I need to think about it. "
"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."
