"Our stay was very good; slight “hiccup” on room assignment; but was taken care of and appreciated. Staff went above and beyond expectations. Room was clean, had shampoo, conditioner and lotion in bathroom area. Quiet area. Even while construction is going on; still very quiet. Love the fact that air filtration limits smoking smells due to allergies. Seldom have issues and one key reason for rebooking when traveling in area."

"Once again, I got a room with a bad Keurig coffee machine. Did not work, no matter what I tried, and I like having coffee in the morning, before I check out. The last time I stayed at the Nugget, the TV was really bad, there were about 6 spots in the screen that shined real bright light, so it would hurt your eyes if you tried to watch it. The time before that, I got a TV where the sound was like someone talking through a paper towel tube. Yet, I still stay at the Nugget. I've thought about calling them to let them know the problems I have had, but don't wan to possibly get blamed for some of the things being broken. It is what it is, I guess.."
