My stay at the Korea Palace hotel was really magical and complimented perfectly my weekend at Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games. The place is really unique, beautifully nestled in the mountains, one cannot dream of a more peaceful and « dépaysante » retreat. I definitively wish to come back one day.

좋은 호텔 고려궁

별 기대하지 않고 예약한 호텔이었는데 기대 이상 의 규모, 서비스품질, 특유의 개성까지 어느것 하나 빠지지 않는 좋은 호텔이었어요. 추운밤 가족들과함께 마루에 걸터 앉아 먹던 컵라면과 밤새 소복이 쌓인 눈과 설산, 한편의 전통 겨울동화같던 이틀이었습니.

난방을 좀 일찍 켜놓으면 괜찮을꺼같은데 난방을 너무 늦게킨 탓인지 저녁내내 추웠음 , 그담날아침에나 온도가 괜찮아짐, 어르신들이 좋아할꺼같아서 갔는데 어른들이 추워서 떠니 이건 계획과 안맞는 느낌, 전기가 나가서 1시간동안 온가족 벌서며 고생한느낌

서비스를 기대하지 않는다면 조용히 휴식하기 좋은 숙소

누마루형으로 2박3일 예약하고 갔었는데 숙소 지배인님이 누마루로 예약되어도 실제로는 그렇게 되지 않는다며 2-3개월 전부터 예약이 다 찬다고 일반실로 입실이 가능하고 원한다면 둘째날에는 누마루로 옮겨줄 수 있다고 했음, 첫날 2시30분쯤 도착했는데 청소 중이라 3시까지 기다렸다가 입실, 물은 냉장고에 있다고 했는데 물은 없고 먹다남은 소주병과 아이스크림만 있어서 치워달라고 했음. 당시 방도 꽤 더웠는데 숙소자체에 에어컨이 없었고 선풍기라도 달라고 했는데 찾아보겠다고 해서 한참 있다가 가져다줬음, 방충망 아랫 부분이 떨어져 있어서 한참 있다 테이프로 막아줬음, 청소를 했다고 하나 바닥을 보니 먼지가 꽤 많아 청결하진 않았음. 화장실 슬리퍼는 없고.. 어매니티는 숙소가격 대비 너무 허접했음, 예전에 묵었던 사람들의 블로그에서 봤던 것과 많이 달랐음 객실을 담당하는 직원분은 지배인님 밖에 없는지 그 분만 여기저기 뛰어다니셔서 무얼 물어보는 것이나 부족한 부분 얘기하려다가도 큰 불편 아니면 그냥 참게 됐음. 이런 모든 단점들을 뒤로하고 조용히 휴식하고 싶다면 추천함, 숙소의 자연경관이 좋았고 바람소리와 풀벌레 소리만 나서 사방이 고요해 귀가 휴식할 수 있었고 조용히 쉬기엔 너무 좋았음. 산속 깊은 숙소라 그런지 밤에는 시원했음, 벌레는 많았으나 모기는 없었고 밤에는 별도 잘 보여서 밖에서 한참 구경했음. 둘레길 입구에는 산양 가족이랑 사슴들도 있었고 산길 산책을 할 수 있음

북두칠성이 보이는 공기맑은 산 속 호텔

호텔이라기엔 시스템이 완벽하지 않습니다 접객부터 조식 서빙까지 지배인 한 분이 동분서주하고 계셨습니다 그래도 고즈넉한 분위기에서 온전한 휴식을 취하기에 더할나위없는 장소입니다 깨끗한 산공기에 마음이 정화되고 폭염주의보가 내린 한여름에도 에어컨없이 시원합니다. 오랜만에 북두칠성도 봤네요 정말 열 일 하시면서도 친절함을 잃지 않는 지배인 분께 감사드려요 아침에 세면대물이 안 나와서 당황했지만 그럼에도 또 가고 싶어지는 곳입니다

전반적으로는 매우 만족입니다.

너무 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 식당이 좀 개선될 필요가 있을거 같네요. 음식은 맛있지만 반찬보유량이 적어 리필도 한계가있고 음식을 몇시간 전에 미리 주문을해야하다보니 부족해도 추가로 주문이 안되네요

가격대비 쏘쏘

장점: 주변에 아무것도없고 산속깊이위치해있어서 정말로 쉬는게 목적이라면 최고. 하지만 근처 편의시설 가려면10분~15분 차타고나가야함. 온돌이라 방이따뜻함 단점: 산속이라 모기와 벌레들이 많음. 하노끼구조 욕조엔 먼지다듬이들이 기어다니는것을 볼수있음. 2일차 숙박날에는 따로 얘기안하면 알아서 방을청소해주지않음.그래서 우리는그냥 물과 수건만받을수있었음. 이 돈주고 앞으로 한옥호텔에는 머물지않을것임 벌레싫어하시는분은 완전 비추입니다 차라리 이가격대 비싼 리조트가시는걸추천. 한번쯤은 한옥호텔가시고싶으신분이라면 이용할만함.

일단 한옥호텔이라는 점이 특이성이 있었습니다. 객실, 청결도, 서비스, 조식 등등 다 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 차가 있어야 갈 수 있는 장소라는 단점, 그리고 밤에는 차를 끌고 올때 살짝 무섭고 도로가 다소 좁아서 위험할 수도 있겠더라고요. 그것만 제외하고는 진짜 너무 만족스러웠습니다! 나중에 또 갈꺼에요!

멋진 한옥 고구령

고구령에서의 1박은 100점이였습니다. 바깥공기와 발바닥이 뜨끈뜨끈한 온돌 방 모든 게 좋아서 작은 단점들도 크게 불편하진 않았는데 그건, 다른 방과 동시에 물을 사용할 때 물이 시원하게 나오지 않았던 점과 호텔 들어가는 1키로 정도의 길이 마주오는 차가 있을 경우 아슬아슬하게 비켜가야 한다는 점입니다. 밤에 들어갈때는 길이 어두워 더욱 조심해야합니다.

Peace of mind

직원 분들도 너무 친절하시고 음식도 정갈하고 맛있었어요. 겨울에 갔는데도 전혀 춥다는 생각이 안들정도로 방이 따뜻했습니다. 시간의 흐름에 따라 변하는 경치가 너무 아름다웠습니다. Super friendly staff, clean healthy food, stunning atmosphere.

산속에 고즈넉하게 자리 잡은 전통 호텔이지만 위치가 불편하고 편의 시설이 전무합니다. 웃풍이 심해서 난방에 좀 더 신경을 쓰면 좋겠다는 생각과 문에 보조 열쇠 하나 정도는 더 필요할 것 같습니다. 직원들은 정말 가족보다 친절합니다. 진심이 느껴지고요

한옥전통호텔느낌. 직원분들 친절. 호텔리어라기보단. 정말친숙한느낌의. 친절함. 시설면에서. 우풍심함. 호텔객실 물건들이좀 불편하고 상태가좋지않음. 히노끼탕은 타카못이 있고 티비아래 나무다이는. 균형이맞지않고 시설면은 그닥이지만 직원분들의 친절함으로 기분좋은쉼
