The front desk attendant was phenomenal, I believe her name was Claudia, she was extremely nice and I will rebook with this hotel because of her. She showed me how to get around on the public transit and gave me a parting gift. She was a darling and I can't say enough of how much she made my first international, solo travel experience such a treasure!
