Very Poor service hotels.com.

"First of all, Provided property number was wrong.somehow i manage to collect number from internet . When i call they totally refused about the bookings. I was with my family. I suffer alot mentally coz it was a very rush period at puri due to rath yatra. Some how i booked another room at last hour ..."

"Carpet was super dirty, blanket had stain, no room services next day, front desk was very rude. Wasn’t worth it, nothing they showed in pictures . I wouldn’t recommend anyone again."
