"Great resort. The service is exceptional. Every person wants to do anything and everything to make your stay enjoyable, easy, and safe. They are focused on your comfort and always wanting to please. The heated infinity pools are amazing. The beach does have rocks so get swim shoes. Only two restaurants allow kids but they have kids club so parents can enjoy dinner at the other restaurants. "The room was delightful, cool, and refreshing. I appreciated the nice robes and large towels, as well as the plethora of lighting options. The washer dryer was a nice bonus! Some cozy blankets in the living area and shorter entry code to the door would have been appreciated. Also, at a hotel that caters to tourists, having front desk clerks that don’t speak English is a little frustrating. "

"This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often.
