We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely but not so good having to walk across the road to the main hotel for food, indoor pool, entertainment etc Fantastic breakfast and tables not squashed together but didn't manage to eat dinner as it was fully booked both times we tried. "Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"

"Fantastic hotel for toddlers, as long as not in a room above the bar / restaurant area. The gardens are kept in a fantastic condition and the smell of lavender from the plants is refreshing. Great water facilities. The rooms are a bit 90's and dated in areas not really reflecting the Hipotel brand imho. That being said we were not in the room much. The beach is still beautiful if a little busy. The bath is not really suitable for a 6ft adult! Exterior of the building looks a bit tired. "

"A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it.
