This was my second stay at Serenade but my first time with my partner. We had a swim up room, which was nice. The staff was nice. I was glad to see during this trip that they now offer wash cloths. If you like a good service don’t choose this place, they have a few foreign workers which have a very bad manners and poor service skills, they can make your day miserable, besides that the resorts is huge and well distributed have bars and food for all over the place
