Son unos listos me dieron otra habitación de solo una cama yo reservé doble cama reclame para q me la cambiaran a la q había reservado y no quisieron yo reservé a tropical Deluxe y nos ubicaron en caribe deluxe cuando les mostré mi evidencia de la reservación realizada la respuesta de ellos fue que por la plataforma que había realizado mi reservación le asignan la misma habitación y que a todo el mundo y se negaron en darme el cuarto q había reservado

All inclusive basically means, “as low grade of food as we can get away with since you already paid”. Overcrowded buffet areas with limited options. Drinks are bottom shelf booze. Everyone on our trip had diarrhea at least once. Couldn’t get a beach towel for the first 2 days we were there. Bath towels were hard to come by. Constant smell of sewer gas in areas. Most staff was worn out or mad people weren’t tipping. Which I understand. Bring some low bills to tip servers as they need it. Beach was filled up with seaweed along the water and you get harassed by people trying to sell stuff at the beach. Overall, I can say I won’t be going back to the D.R. The biggest positive of this place is they did have a lot of kid’s activities. Lots of pools, but the pool water was not clean.

We suffered such bad food poisoning on our 5th day there. Results from the stool tests indicate salmonella bacteria and our provincial health authority reached out to us regarding this alarming result. We hypothesize it was from uncooked chicken or seafood we had at one of the restaurants and although it tasted "fine" at the time, it was perhaps undercooked or contaminated. I cannot say this was a 5 star experience because of the hygiene? or food safety due to this severe food poisoning. The staff were friendly, the housekeepers were great, but beware of the food.

The staff were kind, mainly activities group, Randy and Panda, were the best. The beach was close and nice with lots of available lounge chairs. The chairs at the pool were always claimed by people setting out towels and never seeing a soul in those spots all day long so no one else could use them. If u get up early, set out ur towels to claim ur spot or u won’t have one the entire day! Housekeeping was always after 3/4pm, never had enough towels and when I would ask for them it would be past 6pm and come in sporadic amounts, never what I asked for. I would have liked to come back from the beach or pool to a clean room stocked with essentials but I would have to leave again while housekeeping cleaned and then beg for towels, always told they will come later! This is not acceptable. Came home and went to the ER straight from airport due to bacterial gut infection, hospitalized for two days with acute kidney injury and severe dehydration because I consumed contaminated food, we only at at the resort, buffet and restaurants. I’ll never return and maybe never go to an all inclusive resort again!!

During my stay 10 of the 13 members of our group became seriously ill. I spent over $70 on additional medications from the resort’s store where I was told by the salesperson that management is aware of a virus spreading through the resort and is even tracking who’s buying medication. If that's the case, it's incredibly concerning that no measures have been taken to prevent further spread. The public bathrooms were consistently dirty, often had backed-up toilets, and were frequently out of soap. The hand sanitizer stations were empty at most restaurants, and there were no posted notices or advisories about any illness circulating. Aside from the health issues, the food was a major letdown. It was consistently served lukewarm, lacked flavor, and simply didn't meet even basic expectations. Service throughout the resort was underwhelming. The only consistently friendly and attentive team we encountered was at the lobby bar, where the drinks were actually good. Elsewhere, it was difficult to get even a glass of water without asking multiple times. To top it all off, when we checked out and mentioned that our experience had been poor due to everyone getting sick, the front desk agent simply shrugged and handed us our checkout slip—no apology, no concern. This resort may look beautiful on the surface, but beyond the aesthetics, it falls short in nearly every area that matters. I cannot recommend staying here and suggest looking elsewhere for a safe, clean, and enjoyable vacation.

I loved the mangroves with the ducks, iguanas, and all sorts of other birds. They were the saving grace of this property that was falling apart. So many tiles were missing from the walkways. Definite trip hazard. Especially when it rained. Btw, this is NOT a smoke free property. People were smoking everywhere which was very challenging for the asthmatics in my party. It’s hard to enjoy nature when you can’t breathe. The food was hit or miss but the waitstaff was generally fantastic especially a gentleman named Frank. He made the meals more enjoyable. Very hardworking people. The coffee shop was great with the exception of one young girl, didn’t catch her name, who was too sassy and made fun of the guests. Clearly, she didn’t appreciate her job or realize that it’s thanks to guests that she has a job. All the other workers at the coffee shop were lovely especially the gentleman that was kind and made the best coffee. We were told that there were shows every night. But the first night we went, there wasn’t. We did get to see an acrobatic show the next night which was impressive. The only show time was 9pm which was a bit late for our party. I understand that a contributing factor why they did that was to make sure every guest had dinner which is appreciated but having two show times such as 7 & 9, like in cruise ships, would’ve been better. Overall, we made the best of it but we’re definitely not going back. If you can afford to pay a little more, go somewhere else.

Según ellos tenía una reserva de infante y no me enseñaron ese error y tuve que pagar extra por mis dos hijos. “Confusion” no confirmada en la reserva, Internet malo para cobrarte el de mayor velocidad. Mal servicio en restaurante tipo buffette. Las habitaciones ok pero el room service te lo cobran adicional si no es reserva platinum. Mi caja de seguridad no funcionaba, la reporté y nunca la arreglaron.

This was our fifth time in Punta Cana and by far the worst hotel/resort we have been at. From the begging till the end it was a bad experience. First day I had to wait 2.5 hours for beach towels. The Brazilian restaurant is a joke, horrible food and terrible service. Food overall isn’t good, it was rare to find anything that was really good to eat. They serve cheap liquor, I had the worst Old Fashioned and whisky sour of my life. Most of the staff serve you poorly, and they are inconvenient making jokes in the wrong time. I won’t recommend this place to anyone, please don’t ever step your foot there if you want to have a positive unforgettable experience with your family.

The beach of covered with seaweeds, the water was dirty. The beach full of smelly mountains of seaweeds. The management started cleaning by transporting it in trucks that drove in the middle of the swimming pool, the buildings and restaurants.

Beautiful and very big property!!! The scenery was breathtaking!! Only complaint is, upon arrival our room wasn't made, Bed wasnt made, fridge was not stocked. Also, the food isnt too great although there are many options for food everything was booked out our entire trip which led us to ony eat at the buffet and the sports bar. There are 3 HUGE pools with 1 small water park for small children. Unfortunately the ocean was FULL of algae but that is out of the resorts control and they did what they can to clear it out the beach. I still had an amazing experience and would come back

I came with my child and granddaughter. Where my daughter celebrated her 17 birthday. She love the place. The water park and beach and the pool she took a lot of pictures. The food choices was great and tasty. Overall the place was beautiful and lovely. I would sure recommend and I will return.
