The unit itself looks nice and is visually well-presented, but unfortunately the overall experience not worth price.
The furniture throughout the unit was inexpensive and uncomfortable all from IKEA, which took away from the comfort of the stay. Additionally, the property is not beachfront. Getting to the beach requires a 10-minute drive, and access is through a separate beach club that is not exclusively affiliated with the property.
Because of this setup, beach access is NOT guaranteed. The beach club can reach capacity, and guests may be turned away, which is exactly what happened to us. On top of that, there is a mandatory minimum consumption of $35 USD per person, and the beach club closes at 6:00 PM.
Communication with the property host started off well, but once we raised concerns, particularly around beach access and related issues they stopped responding altogether, which was frustrating and unprofessional.
Overall, the stay was not worth the cost or the hassle. Between the additional expenses, time spent coordinating logistics, and lack of support when issues came up, this property does not deliver the value it promises.
