Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Nunca habia estado en un hotel con unas condiciones tan malas, el servicio horrible, horrible, no tengo palabras para comparar, se acaba el agua de tomar, la mantequilla, no hay variedad de comida, la que hay esta mal confeccionada. Lo peor de todo, llegue el viernes a las 4 pm y al otro dia tuve que secarme con la sabana, porque me desgaste pidiendo toalla y nunca me la pusieron, en la piscina esperamos 3 horas para que no las trajeran, fuimos al restaurante italiano con una reservacion a las 9 pm y nos sirvieron la comida a las 11 pm, ahogados de calor, porque el aire se apaga automatico a las 10:30 que cierra el restaurante, perdi tres dias de mis vacaciones, es decir perdi tiempo y dinero, no es un hotel barato, en fin, el hotel esta para cambiar toda la administración, el Sr. Ezequiel muy apenado, pero el solo no puede controlarlo todo.
