During our five-day stay at the finest hotel, we were initially promised hand towels and champagne upon arrival, which were indeed provided. However, the experience took a downturn as the hotel failed to offer a comprehensive tour of the property, leaving us to navigate on our own. The pricing for resort excursions was exorbitant, but thankfully, booking through Viator and Expedia. Theme park was overly priced per person 250 usd more than universal. Now for check-in, despite reserving a king swim-up suite, we were allocated a room with two full beds infested with mold. After expressing our concerns and enduring the inconvenience of walking to the lobby in our jet-lagged state, we were relocated to a handicap room lacking a Jacuzzi, prompting another round of negotiations with the management.Despite being informed that the rooms were fully booked, persistence eventually secured us the desired accommodation the following day.Contrary to the listing,there was no provision of a free beach bag.However, the hotel staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, and the daily activities were enjoyable.A complimentary cabana was offered by the manager, yet conversations with other guests revealed that some received theirs without charge.The overall ambiance of the rooms was marred by a persistent mildew smell,detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience.While the hotel staff and amenities possessed commendable qualities, the condition of the rooms fell short of expectations. 3.5 rating
