"The staff is amazingly polite and helpful fromthe time you exit the vehicle your family. Wonderful place for relaxing, but if your looking for partying excitement this isn't it. The food was good ,but the buffet needs more meat options other than pork. We still a blast and the swim out suite was amazing."

"The outside of the resort was beautiful specially the plants / vegetation, the rooms ok but the whole 6 days we ere there we had problems with the bathroom no hot water, a strong smell of sewer even from the shower and clogged drain, the wait for the restaurants was unacceptable but the buffett was great, waiters very nice specially Luis our everyday waiter."

"Resort is in good condition, but needs updating. Rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. Jorge Privado was our "personal" concierge and he was outstanding. He was very helpful and accommodating. Food was good, but needs some work. Nightly shows are incredible and highly recommend them. Kid friendly place with lots of activities. Overall, it was a great time!"

"No me gustó el Bar, triste por demás que la cerveza presidente que en otros hoteles es la bebida principal está incluida y ahí había que comprarla me encantó la suit, hubo problemas con el aire hacia los cuartos esperamos tres días para que lo arreglaran como tal pero se solucionó. Hay que mejorar el bufet tener más variedad en las comidas, más atracciones por las noches ya que no había ninguna y es lo que entretiene a los clientes. "One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel."

"First time in the Dominican Republic and the Westin did not disappoint! Beautiful facility, well maintained and the staff was excellent. The beach was immaculate and beautiful, although there was some seasonal seaweed so be aware of that. The food was fantastic, both at the breakfast bar and the Arena restaurant (try the short rib!). Both family and couple friendly, and it never felt crowded. Five Star!"

"The food, at the restaurants, was bland. We basically ate at the buffet everyday especially after being disappointed after our dinner reservations. Other than that, everything was lovely. Oh, and our room was sooooo far….our walk ,each and everything, took about 10-12 minutes (at least we got our steps in)"

"I paid over $300 for VIP access. It was not worth it I spoke with the manager and he said that he will refund it back to my credit card. Is been more than two months and nothing happened.. everything Else was good. VIP is not a big difference… food:good, water in room:hot good ac:good WiFi: good,drinks: good . Again vip not a big difference on drinks… beach:good, pools:good"

"El servicio del personal es excelente, todos son muy amables y atentos. La comida del buffet es buena, las cenas en los restaurantes son deliciosas, muy recomendable el italiano. La habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte a humedad pero en general las instalaciones y los servicios están en muy buenas condiciones."
