"Clean room. Great location if you are visiting the San Cristobal Canyon. No staff on property, lobby closed the majority of the time, staff was available over the phone. Restaurant closed the majority of the time we were there despite being advertised as open on google. To be fair their facebook page has the correct operating hours (Thursday- Sunday). "

"My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."

"Épico desayuno. El checking muuuuy lento y tomar prioridades en personas con dificultad de movimiento. El ultimo día y por que pregunte de provelleron sillón de ruedas y silla de baño. Pase mucho trabajo los primeros dia para bañarme y se me mojo el Yeso por la incomodidad. Lo informe en la reservación todos los detalle de mis necesidades tenía resien operada yeso, sillón de ruedas. La persona que me atendió vino a ver mi reserva después de más 1 hora atendiendome."

"Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...

"El hotel está ubicado en un área muy accesible a los lugares de interés y de comida y bebidas. La housekeeping fue muy amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia pero las ventanas no cierran herméticamente por lo que se escucha el tráfico de la calle. Está bien para una noche."

"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "

"Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!"
