What I can comment on is the staff that was willingly happy to help correct the issue with Expedia. "Me dejó un sabor agridulce que no estuviese abierto el bar de la piscina ya que por email me dijeron que le estaban poniendo a punto para este fin de semana que estuve. Y, ya que no está abierto, prevenir en el bar que tengan vasos de plástico para llevar al césped. Ya que cuando fui a pedir un par de cervezas me dijo la camarera que solo se puede llevar agua o café, porque los vasos de plástico están en el chiringuito de la piscina… un poco sabor agridulce.. por lo demás bien"

"The very clean and the room very spacious. The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. We then had to travel into Toledo to find food for the evening meal, we had travelled enough but we had to or we wouldn’t get any food. When e arrived back at the hotel, we noticed that the dining room lights were on and places...

"The room looked clean but the air conditioner did not work at all. Hotel staffs told me to turn-on and wait for 3-5 minutes for proper working condition but the unit blows hot air and bad order all together. I wanted the open the window for fresh air but bug screen was not installed. Plus, no refrigerator in the room. The water pressure was not adequate and lukewarm. The amenities were pitiful and towels are old and worn out. However, the location was good. I guess that people come this...
