A mio parere, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di un rinnovamento generale. Inoltre, per una struttura che si presenta come di alto livello, sarebbe opportuno investire maggiormente nella formazione del personale. Ho avuto l’impressione che parte dello staff, molto giovane e con poca esperienza, non avesse sempre una chiara comprensione del proprio ruolo e degli standard di servizio richiesti. Credo che ci sia un ampio margine di miglioramento e che la struttura possa offrire un’esperienza decisamente migliore.

El resort es precioso. Los jardines, las playas, los restaurantes y las instalaciones deportivas son excelentes. Sin embargo, el servicio no está a la altura de un resort de lujo ni del precio que se paga. Durante mi estancia viví varias situaciones en las que el huésped tenía que resolver los problemas por su cuenta en lugar de recibir ayuda del personal. Por ejemplo, cuando necesité un taxi, el servicio de transporte del hotel no estaba disponible. En lugar de buscar una alternativa, simplemente me dieron un número de teléfono y me pidieron que llamara al taxi yo mismo. También quise alquilar una cama privada con dosel en la playa, pero el personal no sabía cuánto costaba ni cómo se podía reservar. Me sorprendió que los empleados encargados de la playa no pudieran proporcionar una información tan básica. Después de olvidar un objeto en el hotel, lo encontraron, pero tuve que organizar yo mismo todo el envío con FedEx: crear el envío, preparar las etiquetas y programar la recogida del mensajero. Además, tuve que asumir todos los gastos de envío. Esperaba una gestión mucho más profesional por parte de un hotel de este nivel. El parque acuático infantil también fue una decepción. Había muchas hojas y suciedad en el agua, y apenas vi personal supervisando la seguridad de los niños. En general, las instalaciones del resort merecen cinco estrellas, pero el servicio no.
