"We got the all inclusive and were shocked to find out the buffet was only at breakfast time. We upgraded to the SunClub and were very pleased with the service involved. Raphael is an absolute pleasure at the adult only pool. Worth the upgrade for sure!"

"Property was old, shower pressure was absolutely horrible and worst of all, the A/C didn't work well and was very HOT in my room. I called to complain about he A/C several times, and they said they were going to send someone from maintenance, and they never did!! VERY FRUSTRATING"
