Hotel Posada de Roger - Near Los Muertos Beach
Location is everything. Quiet hotel, beautifully decorated. Room is perfect to sleep, pillows were flat but other than that. I would probably stay here again

Hotel Hacienda de Vallarta Centro
I had the economy room. 5th floor without elevator, no air conditioning, which is made very clear by the hotel. The balcony was basic with 2 chairs, but wifi was strong, so I could work in the shade.
