"Please do yourself a favor and don't book this hotel. The check-in experience is horrible, it took us 45 minutes to just check-in, staff is rude. There are so many rules and regulations in the property you feel like you are in police custody. Breakfast was not nice either. Not recommended at all. ..."

"My wife and I got the "Panoramic Ocean Balcony Junior Suite" and it was definitely worth the price at $133USD/night (we stayed 2026/09/05-2026/09/11... exchange rate roughly 17MXN/1USD). Cold room, TV, Wifi, cleaned daily, working shower/toilet. Less than 20 meters to the beach. Nice little pool ..."
