No permiten comer en la habitación y la comida en el restaurante es mala y es cara
No tienen comunicación con Expedia en cuanto a los cobros que se hacen por medio de la aplicación, falta de capacitación al personal de recepción. Me querían cobrar dos veces por falta de conocimiento.
We looked at the outside and were worried. In a poor neighborhood. So we looked at the rooms. Terrible! Run down, bugs, not a place we wanted to stay. We left and found a different hotel. Expedia should not have it on the website!
Costa Verde was perfect for what we were looking for for one night: It had 2 bedrooms and ample common space with all the basic necessities. The pool was nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating. There were no bells and whistles, but our needs were met.
I was on my way to another hotel and we got lost. And I had to take a nap I was kind of losing it as far as my ability to think and make decisions. We’ve been on the road for about eight hours. And in Guatemala that feels like 80 hours. The roads here have such huge potholes that they’re actually dangerous. Anyway I need a place to sleep immediately and hotels.com with their amazing app at a hotel within a mile away. Paid my credit card and got a key within two minutes it was past I was in five.
