We stayed here on a quick 5-day trip and were disappointed with a few things. First, the food options are simply not good. The Beach House, beside breakfast, was terrible. The other two restaurants were nearly impossible to get reservations for and the food was sub-par. The only place we enjoyed was the Taco Bar, but it closed at 5 every day. The seaweed overtook the beach, so we were unable to enjoy the water. The smell was absolutely rancid - sewage and when the wind blew, it consumed you. The resort is small with small pools and not much to do. Every day we were tracked down to do excursions, which we weren't interested in on this trip. We loved the spa experience. We also loved our morning smoothies from Blended. And for the most part, the staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely choose a larger resort next time with more options.

There is no minibar and they give you a credit to get something out of their shop, but the only thing you can get with the credit is sodas and beer. You cannot get liquor or wine with the credit you have to pay cash for that. You cannot order room service for an alcoholic beverage. you must leave your room and go to the bar in order to get an alcoholic beverage. I felt as though this was very inconvenient and if I am paying for an all-inclusive resort with an all-inclusive mini bar, I should be able to get alcohol in my room. I got a room with a swim pool and in order for me to enjoy a drink while swimming, I would have to go to one of the On Site bars and get as many drinks as I could hold or make multiple trips and store them by the pool or get out of the pool to walk to a bar to get a drink. I know that there is a swim up bar, but in order for us to access the swim bar we would have to swim to the other end of the pool get out of the pool walk over the bridge to get down in the pool again to get access to the swim bar and repeat that process with our drinks and swim with the drinks in our hand back to our room. The menu options were very limited and often times we ended up eating the same things because a lot of items were out that were on the menu. We did a romantic dinner on the beach and the menu that we ordered was not what was provide provided and we had to eat what they provided us, which was exactly what we had ordered the night before. Gran fraude, prometen mucho y no lo ofrecen

desde nuestra llegada, la atención al cliente fue de indiferencia y grosera, no nos ofrecieron ninguna ayuda ante la problemática que enfrentamos al llegar aquí de que sólo se agendo Hugo, cuando éramos dos. en las instalaciones de la Playa no te permitían usar áreas especiales en la playa y querían cobrártelas o condicionarte a comprar un tiempo compartido para poderlas usar, cuando nosotros separamos un all inclusive, nos hicieron un doble cargo, y al final se negaron a hacerme la factura, la limpieza y el orden de las habitaciones estuvo muy bien, sin embargo, el trato de todas las personas que trabajan aquí de gran indiferencia hacia las personas de habla hispana, se enfocan en atender a los extranjeros. La comida está simple y de baja calidad para el costo de el lugar.

El servicio es una maravilla.
