"The property was amazing the staff was very hospitable even at 11 PM at night when we arrived. It’s both access only when arriving or leaving. You’re greeted with a cocktail and oatmeal cookie from the owner. I highly recommend hashbrowns. They were also able to accommodate the other couple that came with us honeymoon surprise and short notice."

"Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. It’s only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. If your looking for solitude and beauty this is it. WiFi was intermittent but I was there to unwind. Cellular signal was strong though. Staff was great and...

"Everything was perfect "

"What what do you think about the property that it was very safe inconvenience everything in allow me to visit with the locals. I wasn’t feeling well one morning and the staff was all over it. He was able to take my blood pressure to assure that I was doing fine anything and everything that I requested or ask for was provided. There wasn’t an iron so they had a staff iron my outfit so I have something to wear, I left resort feeling like I was part of the family. "

"There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there.
