"Spacious room "

"Great location with a excellent roof top pool and bar with amazing vuews of sea town and mountains. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was ok but the balcony was small and even though it was south facing it only got sun for a couple of hours in the morning , the cheaper rooms have no sun, so be aware when booking. I would book again ."

"The staff was amazing the entire time. Our room was a corner jr. suite with a great view of the sea. Bathroom was clean, bed comfortable, lots of room with a separate living area... the only thing we were a bit disappointed in was the breakfast buffet... the Barcelo in Sevilla had an amazing spread with fresh squeezed orange juicing machine... this property tasted like frozen or canned orange juice... and the selection in general wasn't as good... but again staff made up for it.. super friendly and accommodating... they even gave us a hand written note, bottle of cava, and chocolates which was a great touch!... the live music in the evening was also a nice touch"

"Lovely stay in Fuengirola. The hotel buildings and grounds are impressive and the location is amazing - right on the front with direct access to the promenade and beach. There are lots of restaurants to walk out to. We also ate in the italian restaurant and the tapas place that are part of the hotel. The food and service were excellent. The outdoor pool isn't open until 1st April but you can still use the loungers etc. There is an indoor pool and spa which is open year round. 12 euros a session. Pool was a lovely temperature. Only downside is that you have to wear a swimming cap in the spa. The shopping centre nearby is good for clothes etc. Great stay. Would definitely return "

"Check in was terrible, we were told that our booking was cancelled but wouldn't explain what had happened just that it was cancelled. I got in touch with an agent from hotels. Com who called the hotel and told me the booking was ok, when we went back to hotel they still insisted it was cancelled until I told them I had been in touch with your agent then they backed down and gave us a room. We will never stay at that hotel again."
