Segun llegamos no habia nadie en recepcion casi 20 minutos esperando,despues ascensor roto,voy a cenar y pido una botella de vino y me dice k tengo k salir a recepcion a pagarla antes de servirmela el camarero un poco borde ,lo unico bueno el desayuno.

Good hotel for good price. Rooms was rent, food OK, personal also was good. Nice panorama from the rooms. Only need to walk up from the beach but if you young and like walking this hotel are very good for this price.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Please listen to reviews! If you can live on toast in the morning and just chips at night then good luck to you as you have 0 section and never any Spanish food. Also unless you are all inclusive you cannot get any drinks at all including alcohol also if you want water for you room or heading out for day you have to pay. Decor extremely dated and rooms have carpet 0 heating or air con.

Is my 2nd time there. For th low price, is good.. But th walls have literally no insulation so can hear neighbohrs very well, th lifts are old, th breakfast is simple but Ok, but th coffee is not good from those machines.

The room was cleaned every day and the view was amazing from our balcony. The food was ok, but not always hot. There were no snacks throughout the day, only main meals in the restaurant. The staff were the most miserable and unhelpful staff I have ever come across in all the years that I have travelled. They were rude and complained about anyone being loud or enjoying themselves.

Estuve 2 noches y les pedí por favor un vaso con hielo y no me lo dieron , me ofrecí a pagar la pesar de ser solo un vaso con hielo, y como no lo tienen en tarifa no me lo vendieron tampoco , es decir ninguna solución ni el camarero ni en recepción .

A very pleasant stay, the lady at the check in desk specially was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Puerto de la Cruz is beautiful, much better than the South of the island, totally different vibe.

Por el precio está bien la verdad 193 euros 5 noches con desayuno incluido el cual estaba muy bien el buffet. Luego si quería todo incluido tenía ke pagar 15 eur x persona y dia. Si un día keria almorzar o cenar en l buffet tenía ke pagar 8 eur x adulto y 5 x niño los menores de 2 no pagan nada.la piscina bien eso si falta una para niños el parque donde tienen 3 remos muy abandonado, el jacuzzi cerrado para usarlo debes ir a recepción nose porke nunca fui el cual en las fotos y eso te ponía que era una piscina cubierta, la sauna igual tampoco la use. La limpieza muy bien y la habitación bien por lo que se paga no se puede pedir más tampoco. La ubicación muy buena. Zona trankilisima.

Zahlreiche lärmige Schulklassen

Das Hotel war sehr günstig, daher haben wir nicht viel erwartet und über altes Inventar und stark durchgelegene Betten hinweggesehen, der Ausblick war dafür ein Ausgleich. Zuerst war unser Aufenthalt auch noch in Ordnung, außer unserer Familie waren sonst nur spanische Senioren im Hotel. Doch dann reisten plötzlich mehrere spanische Schulklassen an. Die SchülerInnen rannten die ganze Nacht über alle Flure, schrien herum, knallten die Türen und machten extrem laute Zimmerparties bis früh morgens. Anrufe bei der Hotelrezeption änderten daran nichts. Nie wieder gehen wir in so ein billiges Hotel, dass man wohl eher als Jugendherberge bezeichnen kann!

Hotel with a miramar

This was our 2nd stay at the Elegance Miramar as we liked its position on a ridge, overlooking the town and sea on one side with views of Mount Teide on the other (clouds permitting!). There are quite a few steps to get down to the town and it seems a lot more back up to the hotel ! Expect faded elegance in a lovely setting however, everything is clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Camere con arredo scarno e datato .Bagno obsoleto. Phon,frigorifero in camera su richiesta ed a pagamento,naturalmente anche l’utilizzo della cassaforte collocata nel guardaroba.Telecomando tv da richiedere in reception con versamento di 5 euro,rimborsati alla consegna.Buona la prima colazione.

Tres agreable sejour au calme avec activites natur

Personnel très a l écoute et souriant, hotel propre, la nourriture est bonne sans plus (pas de gachis tout est recyclé dans de nouveaux plats). Spa et piscine sont chauffés par le soleil donc en février, faut etre courageux ! Hotel a 2 kms du centre ville sur une colline, pleins de sentiers tres agreable y mene mais il faut grimper! On s est ballade a pieds jusqu'à loro parc, le jardin botanique, la plage, le centre ville...

Excellent stay in reasonably priced hotel

Excellent stay in reasonably priced hotel. Both buffet breakfasts and dinner had very good choice and good food. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
